What does this mean?

 

Well- we are very confident with the project we are proposing to Arts Council England – we have even got the coolest person we have met to-date to write this for us! Unfortunately this bid needs to be “Match funded” this is basically contributing  some of the money we require from Arts Council England- and we need your help to raise this

 

Why do you need Arts Council money?

 

Threads has taken off so well, and achieved so many of its goals in a very short space of time. We have proposed a project that will help boost our current format of pop up screenings and exhibitions. It will allow us to guarantee this happens regularly and that Team Threads can support this and grow. Our main goals and aims are to be resourceful and productive. It is important that opportunities for Artists that are producing quality work are accessible and it is important that this also happens outside of London!
