Strangelove Time-based Media Festival was a sixteen day celebration of film, performance and sound. Strangelove Festival took over the streets and spaces of Folkestone with a packed programme of live events, screenings, exhibitions, workshops and talks bringing together the diversity and talent of over 125 international, UK and local artists.

Threads Director's Philippa Wall and Luke Jones worked alongside Strangelove Director Terry Smith to create a programme that explores Time Based Arts. Threads' documentator Emily Paris worked on festival production and newest team member Faye Golley as festival production assistant and Curator of Sight and Sound.

Through Strangelove Threads were able to collaborate with new partners and exciting partners to produce and create this programme.
